Log Splitters

We have been asked by more and more people can we make a proper log splitter, after a lot of research and development we have produced a fantastic log splitter. There is nothing comparable on the Irish Market and these are selling very well. Once someone sees the power and speed that our log splitters have and how easily they can bust through the toughest of timber they are sold.

As in everything we manufacture, we don't hold back on quality or materials. The splitting table is generous in size and made from 15mm solid steel, this will save your back a lot of strain. You can easily manage the largest of tree stumps with out constantly bending down, the split timber won't fall on the ground for you to pick up but stays on the table for you to toss into a trailer, wheelbarrow or on to your log pile. You can load a number of large logs on the table and process each one at a time. This will allow you to go through a large volume of timber in a short space of time.

We use a 50Ltr hydraulic oil tank so you can use it all day with out fear of overheating the system. There is even a level and temperature gauge built into the tank, along with suction and return filters. The power comes from any tractors PTO, this means even an old 135 will provide the same power as the latest New Holland. Some other Log Splitters rely on the tractors hydraulics, this is fine if your tractor has a powerful hydraulic pump, but it will need to be quite modern to provide enough flow to give the power and speed combination desired. Our Log Splitter design has it's own independant hydraulic system, any tractor can drive them with out putting strain on tractors components and cross-contamination of hydraulic oil is eliminated between machines. We also manufacture a version if you have a modern tractor or forestry forwarder with ample supply from the pump.

A powerful Hydraulic Ram gives a serious amount of force and the stroke 500mm and takes only 3 seconds.
