We have over 5500 premade drawings you can choose from, items with a lot of detail need to be larger. Less intricate images are normally cut to a minimum of around 300mm.
In the following pages you will see many images which are available off the shelf or can be modified to suit you, we can incorporate them into a sign with lettering or create a weathervane for you, the choice is endless.
The Images are kept small and low resolution on the website to prevent piracy of our drawings, these are only thumbnail images, we plasma cut from detail DXF Files which are all protected under copyright law.
With over 5500 detailed drawings ready for plasma cutting it is not possible to show them all on the site, there is only about 10% of the total shown here, if you have something in mind the chances are we have it, and probably a choice for you. You can choose the thickness of the material from 3,5,8 or 10mm. 3 mm for weathervanes and normally 5mm for gate parts or parts to be galvanized.
